∑ Lack of dedication and sincerity from teachers,
including principals, and students pick on it. They just
want to pick up their paychecks — Black/Hispanic schools.

Raise salary of teachers—they spend more time with
students that parents. Government don’ care about
student body so they don’t pay teachers enough:
Ex: sanitation workers get paid more than teachers.

too much profitization skipping on kids here.
