Debris Flowing High

by Kelvin Christie

It was depressing when I heard of the bombing
The people running the people dying
Some tried to develop wings
As a result of the falling twins

It was a plague that was flown from the sky
A factor of the debris to flow high
As the plague hits the television
I saw my spectacular vision

My vision to become a marine
But my mind was young and green
A bud that fell behind in spring
Which no longer has a meaning

How could you harm a place of liberty
with such unrighteous acts deliberately

We must not let the plague drive us into the night
We must stand together and fight

We will not be left standing in the dust
because in god we trust
