a workout video and have performed practically all over
America.
These bodybuilders have some knowlege also. Don't be fooled
by just their beauty, because they're not looking good for
just nothing. They're role models leading the way in spreading
the importance of exercise and nutrition to the computer
generation.

may still be new but they already accomplished some goals.

These talented guys have been producing a calendar, every
year since the company was started five years ago. In their
most impressing pose, City Gym Boys creates their calendar
to gain publicity and exemplify their physical shape.
City Gym Boys video is a focused four day workout with an
intense ten minute ab routine. Included in this video are
exercises and demonstrations to guide people in positve
steps towards fitness change.
As most females are probably thinking, what happened to
a "city gym girls."Hopefully CIty Gym Girls will
be coming soon so have some patience and lets wait. When
