Are you interested in becoming a HarlemLIVE Menteer?
MENTEER: a buzz word we came up with because our volunteers do so much more than just volunteer their time - they usually become mentors for our students as well!
Â
We are so delighted you are interested in volunteering with our organization. HarlemLIVE is always looking for volunteers. We welcome professionals in the media and journalism fields to come in and teach their skills to our students. Menteers can volunteer as often as once or twice a week or as little as once a month! Please see our students' areas of focus below to see where you could be most helpful.
Our students learn by doing. The students are responsible from step A to step Z in producing content for our online magazine.
