HarlemLIVE is an after school program that will give your teen the opportunity and confidence to compete in today's world of mainstream media and technological advances. Our students work one-on-one with media professionals and receive mentoring on everything from grammar and writing skills to confidence in approaching politicians and persons of stature. We teach our students to ask the right questions and make informed decisions. Our environment is one where we encourage our students to pursue their own interests and allow them to discover what inspires them. Then we give them the tools to succeed. We mentor students through the college application process and provide them with internship opportunities. What's more, the students leave our program with life-long friendships with mentors and other your professionals like themselves. The benefits of our programs include:
